Shake Shack coming to Ala Moana Center
HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – Hawaii’s first Shake Shack location is headed to Ala Moana Center.

The burger chain will open on the fourth floor in the Hookipa Terrace, where the former Sugar Factory was.
Shake Shack is known for its burgers, crinkle-cut fries and milkshakes.
An opening date has not been set, but it will open sometime next year.
The franchisee, Union MAK Corporation, is expected to start construction and hiring in the next few months.

The chain first opened in New York City in 2004, and now has 625 locations globally.
