Suspect in Kailua road rage shooting indicted
HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – A grand jury has indicted a 56-year-old man accused of a road rage shooting in Kailua Sunday afternoon.

According to Honolulu police, Mark Scalgione was driving a white Ford van when he allegedly displayed a handgun and fired at another vehicle near the intersection of Kalama and Oneawa streets.
Neither the driver nor his passenger was hurt.
According to court documents, an officer found Instagram posts by Scalgione that the officer said referenced the incident.

Scalgione was arrested Sunday night on suspicion of attempted murder after being identified by both victims.
He was charged Monday and later indicted on the lesser offense of terroristic threatening.

Scalgione’s bail was set at $50,000.
