HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – SPAM and Hello Kitty are teaming up this summer.

A new, limited-edition Hello Kitty SPAM can headlines the collaboration. The red can features Hello Kitty holding a SPAM musubi.

“This collaboration brings together two brands with incredibly passionate fan communities and a shared ability to spark joy across generations,” said Stephanie Swift, brand manager of the SPAM brand. “Pairing Hello Kitty with the iconic SPAM brand can in such a playful and collectible way felt like a fun opportunity to create something fans would genuinely be excited to find on shelves.”

The partnership also produced the “Tour de sizzle,” an online campaign celebrating SPAM’s iconic dishes and global influence.

On the interactive website, SPAMMY and Hello Kitty provide viewers with recipes for SPAM dishes from four countries, hidden easter eggs and stickers, and even a vote on which country SPAMMY and Hello Kitty should visit next.

Additionally, through June 23, users can visit the site to enter to win a Tour de Sizzle Collector’s Kit or Hello Kitty SPAM can.

New Hello Kitty Spam cans are available at grocery stores nationwide and online.
