Unoccupied van found submerged off Kamehameha Highway in Kaaawa
KAAAWA (HawaiiNewsNow) – Honolulu police are investigating after an unoccupied van was found submerged in the ocean off Kamehameha Highway on Tuesday afternoon.

A tow truck pulled the vehicle from the water a few hours later.
Investigators with the Honolulu Police Department’s Traffic Division are working to determine who owns the van and how it ended up in the water.
