UH Athletics to make major announcement

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – The University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa Athletics Department is set to announce a major new giving initiative today aimed at strengthening the future of UH Athletics and expanding support for student-athletes.

The announcement will take place today at 10 a.m. in the Ed Wong Hospitality Room at the Stan Sheriff Center on the UH Mānoa Campus.

A legendary UH coach, whose identity will be revealed at the event, is scheduled to join UH Athletics leadership to discuss the critical importance of community support and investing in the next generation of student-athletes.
