Kapaa keeps World Series hopes alive with 5-2 win over Arizona
HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – Kauai’s Team Kapaa fell 6-0 to Southern California on Tuesday, marking their first loss in the Little League Major West Regional.

The defeat follows Kawaihau’s 7-3 comeback win over Arizona on Monday, secured by Gavin Ho’s 2-run double hit.
But the 12U All-Stars are not out of the running yet.
Kawaihau Little League of Kapaa defeated Arizona 5-2 in their elimination rematch on Wednesday.

They have advanced to the West Regional Championship game against Southern California on Friday at 3:00 p.m. HST, with a spot in the Little League World Series on the line.
