Juvenile arrested after pointing gun at teen on Fort Weaver Road, police say
HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – District 8 (West Oʻahu) police officers have opened a felony criminal investigation after a severe threat was made involving two minors.
Thursday morning at approximately 7:40 a.m., a 12-year-old male allegedly approached a 13-year-old female near a business on Fort Weaver Road, waved a firearm and threatened to shoot her brother.
The female later reported the incident at school.
A firearm was subsequently recovered from the male’s backpack by school staff, and police were notified.

The 12-year-old male was arrested for Terroristic Threatening in the First Degree and Place to Keep.

Police say no injuries were reported. The investigation is ongoing.
