Dole St. water main break, sinkhole forces road closure near UH Manoa
HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – Board of Water Supply crews continue to work on a water main break on Dole Street near Kānewai Community Park.

The road is closed from Frank Street to East West Road between St. Louis Heights and UH Mānoa.
The 20-inch water main fronting Kānewai Park also caused a sinkhole in the road.
While the break has not affected water service, some customers in the area may experience low water pressure, according to the Board of Water Supply.

The university Department of Public Safety asks travelers to follow all posted signs and instructions from officials at the scene.
