Crash backs up traffic on H-1 east by Waimalu off-ramp
HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – A crash is backing up traffic on the H-1 Freeway eastbound near the Waimalu exit Saturday.

First responders were alerted to the crash just before 9:40 p.m.
Traffic cameras show the backup building by the Waimalu exit and slowing down heavily in the area.

Honolulu police, fire and Emergency Medical Services are on the scene.
Motorists can take Kamehameha Highway to get to town.
