Aloha Festivals opens applications for 78th Annual Floral Parade
HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – Aloha Festivals is inviting the community to participate in this year’s festivities by applying to join the 78th Annual Floral Parade.

Applications are now open for floats, marching bands, pā‘ū riders, schools, community groups, and cultural organizations to march down Kalākaua Avenue on Sept. 26.
This year’s theme is “80 Years of Aloha: Our Culture, Our Stories, Celebrating Our Island Home,” honoring the people and traditions that have helped sustain the celebration for eight decades.

Organizers are also seeking sponsors and community partners as part of the anniversary event.
