HHSAA unveils 2026 Hall of Honor class
HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – The Hawaii High School Athletic Association released the 2026 inductees into the Hall of Honor.

12 senior student athletes were selected by a 13-person committee of current and former media member and athletics directors from across the state.
This year’s class is headlined by Saint Louis wrestler Hunter Berger who completed the career grand slam on the mat. It also features Kohala’s Layden Kauka and Moanalua’s Zaira Sugui.

The honorees will be officially inducted on May 31st during the annual awards banquet in Waikiki.

Each inductee also receives a $2,000 scholarship from the HHSAA and Enterprise.
The HHSAA Hall of Honor was established in 1983.
