First Alert Forecast: Breezy winds with scattered showers expected to persist through Thursday, lighter winds due on Friday

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – Breezy trade winds will persist over the state through much of the week. Scattered showers favoring windward areas will continue, falling mostly in the overnight and early morning hours. Some weakening in the trades is expected by the weekend. An upper level disturbance approaching from the west could enhance shower activity this weekend.
