Amber Jackson, 57, of Kapaʻa was reported missing on June 23, 2010. Her body was discovered 10 days later in a ravine in Keālia. Autopsy results revealed she died from blunt-force trauma to the head.

The case went cold until six months ago, when the Kauaʻi Police Department obtained an arrest warrant for Jackson’s former boyfriend.

Gregory Glaser, 57, is wanted for murder in the second degree in connection to Jackson’s death. His bail was set at $1 million.

Glaser was initially identified as a person of interest. Following the discovery of Jackson’s body, police said he left Kauai. At the time, police said the investigation did not yield sufficient evidence to connect anyone to the crime.
