Officials say the Pali Highway is shut down, Kailua-bound after the tunnels, and will likely be blocked for a while. Drivers will have to turn around.

The report of a collision came at 6:10 a.m.
First responders said a rescue is in progress.
Honolulu police are on scene assisting with lane closures and have launched an investigation.
