Hosted by the Hawaii Lodging & Tourism Association, the two-day event is being held June 17 and 18 at the Neal S. Blaisdell Center Exhibition Hall.

Organizers say the show brings together vendors, manufacturers, distributors, retailers, students and industry leaders from the lodging, tourism, hospitality and food service sectors.

The 2026 event will feature stage presentations, locally made products, live food demonstrations and appearances by celebrity chefs. Culinary students and programs, including those from Kapiʻolani Community College, will also be highlighted.

“We are pleased again to deliver an exciting expo that provides unparalleled value for exhibitors, participants and attendees,” said HLTA President and CEO Mufi Hannemann. “For nearly a decade, we have unquestionably been the premier hospitality trade show in Hawaii, and this year promises to be bigger and better than ever.”
