Honolulu Cookie Company to open its largest U.S. store on Las Vegas Strip

The company announced its largest U.S. retail location will soft open June 26 at The LINQ Promenade, replacing its original store at the shopping and entertainment destination.
The new location will feature an expanded retail concept designed to offer guests a more interactive experience. In addition to its signature shortbread cookies, the store will include a build-your-own cookie box station, a cookie-dipping experience, expanded product offerings and a view into the company’s bakery operations.
“This store represents an exciting evolution for Honolulu Cookie Company,” said Executive Vice President Ryan Sung. “We’ve created a space where guests don’t just shop—they experience the aloha, hospitality, and flavors of Hawaii in a fun and memorable way.”

The company said the new store is designed to reflect its “share aloha” philosophy while providing visitors with a more immersive experience.
A grand opening celebration is scheduled for July 25 and will include a traditional Hawaiian blessing, hula performances and interactive activities for guests.
