Just before 7 a.m., District 5 patrol officers found a 68-year-old man deceased on North School Street with apparent injuries, according to the Honolulu Police Department.

Homicide detectives arrived at the scene and took over the investigation.
Police have opened an investigation into the circumstances that could have led to the man’s death.
