HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – A crash has shut down parts of the H-1 Freeway in the Pearl City area Saturday.

It happened around 5:30 p.m. in the eastbound lanes of the H-1 Freeway between the Waipahu on-ramp and the Waimalu off-ramp.

First responders are on scene.
The city said via HNLAlert that the eastbound direction between the Waipahu on-ramp and the Waimalu off-ramp is closed.
