Large tiger shark spotted off Kauai beach
LIHUE (HawaiiNewsNow) – A 15-foot tiger shark was spotted in the waters off Kekaha Beach.

The Kauai Ocean Safety Bureau is warning beachgoers not to swim or do other ocean activities in the area.
According to a preliminary report, OSB officials spotted the shark and posted warning signing on the shore as a precaution.
OSB will continue to monitor the area. If there are no other sightings by Tuesday afternoon, Aug. 4, officials will take down the warning signs.
