Lanakila Pacific holiday meals to return for Thanksgiving, Christmas

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – Lanakila Pacific Kitchen is bringing back its annual holiday meals for Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Orders open Oct. 1, with turkey meals available for Thanksgiving and prime rib meals offered for Christmas.

The Thanksgiving option includes either a half turkey for $230 or a full turkey for $260.

Both meals come with garlic mashed potatoes, herb stuffing, gravy, corn cobettes, dinner rolls with butter, cranberry sauce and pumpkin crunch dessert.

The Christmas Prime Rib Meal costs $280 and serves eight to 10 people.

It includes a 10-pound prime rib, herb-roasted potatoes, au jus, green bean casserole, Hawaiian rolls with butter and sweet potato haupia.

Quantities are limited and orders will be accepted while supplies last.

Thanksgiving meals must be picked up from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. on Nov. 26, while Christmas pickups are scheduled for the same time window on Dec. 25 at Lanakila Pacific.

Meals will require reheating, with instructions included.

Proceeds support Lanakila Pacific’s mission to help individuals with disabilities and seniors, while also providing employment and job training opportunities for people with disabilities.
