Food distribution sites open as Kauai recovers from Hurricane Lowell

LIHUE (HawaiiNewsNow) – Food distribution sites will open across Kauai beginning Wednesday as residents continue to deal with widespread power outages after Hurricane Lowell.

The County of Kauai’s Incident Management Team is coordinating the distribution events in partnership with the Hawaii Foodbank and local churches.

Friday, Sept. 11
