General Manager Mark Okamoto and Server/Supervisor Makana Aiu joined Hawaii News Now Sunrise to share details about The Capital Grille’s Early Bird Special for two.

Available from 4 to 5:30 p.m., the $189 special includes a tomahawk ribeye, a choice of soup or salad, two signature accompaniments and a chef’s-choice dessert.

Okamoto said the restaurant is known for its award-winning wine list, which includes bottles and wines available by the glass through Coravin.

“Over 230 options by the glass, over 230 options by the bottle. So there’s definitely something for everyone, and they pair amazing with our menu, our steaks, our seafood.” Okamoto said.
