First Alert Forecast: Breezy winds expected to hold firm through the weekend
HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – Moderate to locally strong trade winds will persist through Saturday. An upper level disturbance east of the islands may help enhance trade showers the next few days. A new mid week upper level disturbance moving in west of the islands may pass over the state Friday into Saturday. This feature may enhance showers, although drier, sunnier conditions will continue over most leeward neighborhoods.

A small to moderate NW pulse will rise through Wednesday. A possible advisory level S swell is due on Friday. Elevated E wind swell will persist through Saturday.
