Honolulu police said the case was conferred with the Department of the Prosecuting Attorney on Sunday.

The juvenile was charged with first-degree attempted murder, three counts of second-degree attempted murder, three counts of use of a firearm in the commission of a separate felony, place to keep, and first-degree theft.

Police said the suspect remains in custody.
Petitions have also been filed in Family Court.
