TheBus temporarily suspends all Oahu routes due to Tropical Storm Lala
HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – Due to high winds and rain across Oʻahu from Hurricane Lala, the City and County of Honolulu’s Department of Transportation Services (DTS) is temporarily suspending TheBus services to ensure the safety of passengers, operators, and the traveling public.

TheBus will suspend routes that are scheduled for 8:31 p.m. or later, system-wide, until further notice. Any routes scheduled to depart at 8:30 p.m. or earlier will start their trip and continue to its scheduled end point.
Services will remain suspended until weather conditions improve and it is safe to resume operations.

The City will continue to monitor conditions closely and provide updates on when service will return to normal.
