UH men’s basketball unveils inaugural Mountain West schedule

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – The University of Hawaii men’s basketball team unveiled it’s inaugural Mountain West schedule on Thursday.

This is a tentative slate with dates for the 18-game schedule subject to change as the league’s television partners make their broadcast selections later this fall.

Games will also be shown locally on KFVE.

This will be UH’s first season in the MWC after 14 seasons in the Big West, reviving old rivalries from the Big West and the old Western Athletic Conference.

UH begins conference play with three road games at San Jose State, UC Davis and Nevada before playing at home on January 12th hosting Air Force.

The ‘Bows will face each member school twice in the regular season before the Mountain West Championship on March 10th to the 13th — all Mountain West schools qualify for the tournament.
