Tropical Storm Fausto generates large swell, prompting park, beach closures
HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – Tropical Storm Fausto is gradually weakening as it tracks toward the west-northwest on a path that will take it north of the Hawaiian Islands, but the storm is making waves.

Fausto will pass north of the islands Tuesday night into late Wednesday as it continues to weaken.
The biggest concern has to do with large waves generated by Fausto that will impact east-facing shores with dangerous surf.
