Police open harassment case after man approaches two juveniles in Kalihi
HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – Honolulu police opened a harassment case after a man approached two juveniles in the Kalihi area Monday around 2 p.m.
Police said the man, believed to be a 38-year-old, started talking with the boy and the girl, making them feel uncomfortable.

It was originally reported as a miscellaneous stranger danger case but was later reclassified as harassment.

No arrests have been made, and the investigation is pending.
