Soldier pleads guilty to using Snapchat to exploit minors
NASHVILLE (HawaiiNewsNow) – A soldier stationed at Fort Campbell in Kentucky pleaded guilty Wednesday to multiple charges related to the sexual exploitation of minors.

One of the five victims was in Hawaii while the others were located in Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, and Tennessee. All were between the ages of 13 and 18.
Prosecutors say Robert Cecilio used fear and coercion to get the girls to send him sexually explicit images and videos of themselves.

Cecilio was arrested after FBI agents identified one of the victims and traced her messages back to him.

He is expected to be sentenced in October.
