1 injured in crash that left car on its side
HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – First responders were called to a two-vehicle crash in Makiki on Monday.

According to initial reports, one of the cars involved hit a fire hydrant and flipped on its side just after 6:30 in the morning, near the intersection of Piikoi and Young Streets.

Honolulu Emergency Medical Services transported one person to a nearby trauma center in serious condition.
