{"id":1324,"date":"2026-06-13T14:34:47","date_gmt":"2026-06-13T14:34:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hawaiimovinginsider.com\/?p=1324"},"modified":"2026-06-13T14:34:47","modified_gmt":"2026-06-13T14:34:47","slug":"military-helicopters-land-in-waikiki-to-celebrate-armys-251st-birthday","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hawaiimovinginsider.com\/?p=1324","title":{"rendered":"Military helicopters land in Waikiki to celebrate Army\u2019s 251st birthday"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<section>\n<p>HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) \u2014 Soldiers and community members celebrated the Army\u2019s 251st birthday Friday on the grounds of Fort DeRussy in Waikiki.<\/p>\n<p>Read more <a href=\"https:\/\/hawaiimovinginsider.com\/?p=1322\">Lahaina Homecoming to support healing and recovery along Front Street<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Army Community Day gave community members a chance to explore displays of tactical vehicles, combat aircraft, drones, and other Army systems.<\/p>\n<p>The 25th Infantry Division\u2019s Combat Aviation Brigade landed Black Hawk and Apache helicopters on Kuroda Field, making the aircraft available for public display.<\/p>\n<p>Sgt. Maj.
