Green<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The Israeli-born instructor ran his Hawaii-based program \u201cBodies in Motion\u201d for 42-years and filmed around 600 episodes in the islands setting a record for the longest-running fitness series in the U.S.<\/p>\n<p>Hawaii News Now spoke with former cast members and friends.<\/p>\n<p>Former cast member Kent Roller said, \u201cGil was special to me because he was so committed to what he was doing.
