Witnesses said the woman was crossing the road when she was hit by a white sedan.

Police were at the scene near Kanoelehua Avenue and Kahaopea Street.
The northbound lanes of Kanoelehua Avenue were closed as officers investigated.
A white blanket could be seen covering the woman at the scene.
