Court documents said Lemes-Keller then accelerated and hit the passenger side of an unmarked police vehicle while a corporal was seated in the driver’s seat.
He also allegedly sideswiped several vehicles, knocked down part of a fence and hit another unmarked police vehicle twice before the Toyota Tacoma became disabled, court documents said.
Police tackled Lemes-Keller and recovered a fanny pack from his waist containing a glass cylinder pipe with white and brown residue, and what appeared to be a pistol magazine, court documents said.
Lemes-Keller is due back in court Wednesday for a preliminary hearing. Bail was set at $250,000.
