First Alert Forecast: Gusty conditions persist today, expected to ease slightly over the weekend
HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – Wind Advisory extended over the east end of the state. Breezy to locally windy trades will weaken slightly through Monday, then hold at moderate strengthen through the remainder of the week. Showers will favor windward and mauka areas, with little rainfall over most leeward sections.

High Surf Advisory (HSA) was extended for all east facing shores through Saturday afternoon. A small N/NW pulse is due later today. Average surf will continue to roll into south shores through the weekend.
