HPD continues investigating unattended death of a flight attendant in Waikiki
HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – Honolulu police are continuing to investigate the death of a flight attendant found in Waikiki last week.

Jenny Lupton, 50, a Southwest Airlines flight attendant from Oklahoma, was found dead on Thursday, August 20.
The Honolulu Police Department said its Homicide Detail is actively investigating the circumstances surrounding her death and working closely with her family.
Police said detectives are conducting interviews, reviewing and recovering surveillance video and examining evidence.

At this time, HPD said no conclusions have been made regarding the manner of death.
Officials said some information will be withheld while the investigation remains ongoing to preserve its integrity.
HPD added that the public will be notified if investigators identify an immediate threat to public safety.
