Families are encouraged to request assistance as soon as possible so support can be coordinated.
To request assistance, families can complete the electronic Emergency Resource Request Form for Affected Families or contact The Parent Line at 808-452-1832.

Families who need assistance obtaining prescription refills due to storm disruptions may also call The Parent Line at 808-452-1832 to be connected to Healthy Mothers Healthy Babies for support through the mobile clinic.
