HNL-X Fandom Expo celebrates all things pop culture, from comics to cosplay
HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – Pop culture, comics, cosplay, anime and more are taking over the Blaisdell Exhibition Hall this weekend.

The inaugural HNL-X Fandom Expo brings together fans, creators and exhibitors for showcases and fun activities, including meet-and-greets with renowned comic book artist Edward Kraatz II, Johnny Huang, a popular suit actor of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and local tattoo artists Camie Acevedo and Kaylah Viloria of Tattoo Krew Ink.
They joined HNN’s Sunrise to preview some of the highlights of the show produced by Pacific Expos. It takes place at the Neal S. Blaisdell Exhibition Hall on Saturday, August 8, from 10 a.m. – 7 p.m. and Sunday, August 9, from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.
