Honolulu police arrest 2 for child torture after Waianae investigation
HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – On Thursday, Honolulu officers arrested a 35-year-old woman and a 36-year-old man for child torture following an investigation at a residence in Waianae.

The juvenile disclosed ongoing abuse, and officers located evidence consistent with the allegations during the investigation.
Child Welfare Services took three children into protective custody.
