Man charged in Ala Moana Beach attempted murder investigation
HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – The suspect accused of firing a handgun at another person at Ala Moana Beach Park has been charged.

Aaron Arzadon, 24, was charged with attempted murder in the second degree, use of a firearm in the commission of a separate felony, carrying or possessing a firearm on a public highway, place to keep firearm and possession of a prohibited weapon (ghost gun).
The charges stem from an attempted murder investigation that began on Wednesday, July 8, at Ala Moana Beach Park.

At around 3:50 p.m., police responded to the park after a 24-year-old man reported that after a fight, the suspect returned with a handgun and allegedly fired multiple rounds in his direction.
No one was injured.
HPD previously said a caller reported that a man had a handgun. Around the same time, another caller reported hearing gunshots in the same area.

Arzadon’s bail was set at $1,000,000.
