HANALEI (HawaiiNewsNow) – Ocean Safety Bureau officials on Kauai are advising the public not to swim or partake in other ocean activities at Hanalei Bay due to heavy runoff and brown water.

As a safety precaution, Ocean Safety Bureau officials have posted warning signs and are monitoring the area.
