2-year-old dies after horse-related incident on Kauai
KAUAI (HawaiiNewsNow) – A two-year-old child died after an incident involving a horse on Kauai.

Kauai police said emergency crews responded to a medical call in Moloaa at about 2:15 p.m. July 3.
Preliminary information indicated the child may have been injured in an incident involving a horse.

The child was taken to Wilcox Medical Center, then transferred to Kapiolani Medical Center, where the child later died.
Police said the incident remains under investigation. No additional information was released.
