Ballot drop boxes arriving on Oahu this week ahead of Aug. 8 primary
HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – Official ballot drop boxes for the 2026 elections are arriving on Oahu this week.

Seventeen drop boxes will be stationed across the island, providing voters with a secure and convenient way to return their completed ballots ahead of and during the Aug. 8 primary election.
Voters will receive their primary election mail ballot packet on July 21, and completed ballots must be received by mail or at a designated place of deposit within their county by close of voting at 7 p.m. on Election Day.
