Suspect wanted in wallet theft

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – Honolulu police are looking for a man accused of stealing a wallet from a woman in Kalihi.

According to police, the unknown man approached the woman and grabbed the wallet from her hand before running off at about 8:30 a.m. May 20. He was seen entering a silver Nissan Fronter that went north on Kaili Street.

Police recovered images of the suspect from surveillance cameras. He’s described as 5 feet 8 inches to 6 feet tall, about 160-180 pounds, and is believed to be in his 20s or 30s.
