Courtney Panoke joined HNN’s Sunrise Weekends to talk about the business’ unique flavors and journey as a small business in Hawaii.

Panoke started PJsmokemeat as a stay-at-home mom, hoping to create something for family and friends.

Dishes prepared included smoked meat hash, lau lau, smoked meat lumpia and smoked meat croquettes.
