2 critically injured in Hopaka St. shooting, homicide investigation underway
HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – Honolulu police are investigating a shooting that left two people injured early Saturday morning.

Around 3:45 a.m., Honolulu police responded to a report of a large fight involving numerous people at a business on Hopaka Street.
Investigators said gunshots were fired during the disturbance. As patrons fled, additional gunshots were reportedly heard outside.
A 23-year-old man and a 24-year-old man suffered gunshot wounds and were taken to the hospital for treatment.

EMS said crews responded shortly before 4 a.m. and transported the two men to an emergency room in critical condition after administering advanced life support measures.
Police have classified the case as a homicide investigation.
No arrests have been made, and detectives are working to determine the circumstances surrounding the shooting.
